You can open an account by calling our lab toll-free at 800-723-5227 and asking for Sales or Client Services.

Our representative will answer your questions on our capabilities, prepare a quotation, and setup a bottle order for you. You will need to supply your billing address and your report-to address. Our standard terms are net 30 days from the invoice date.

Lab reports can be emailed upon completion in either Microsoft Excel or Adobe PDF formats. Electronic reports are generated directly from our central LIMS system to ensure consistent data reporting.

Electronic Data Deliverables (EDD's)

We support standard formats including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, comma delimited, tab delimited, and fixed length ASCII files as well as industry and government standard formats such as EquIS, SEDD, and AFCEE. In addition, we have created hundreds of custom formats to satisfy client specific needs. Let us know if your project requires a custom format. The flexibility of our LIMS database allows the delivery of custom formats within 5 business days.
